Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, you agree to recurring orders and payments at the price and frequency shown when you subscribe. Payments continue until your subscription ends or is cancelled.

One-time purchases do not create a subscription.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel future subscription renewals by emailing info@peacemakerhealing.com. Include your name, the email address used for your subscription and, if available, your order number.

Please submit your cancellation before your next scheduled payment is processed to prevent the next renewal. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

If a renewal payment is taken after we receive your cancellation request, contact us so we can investigate and resolve it.

Orders already charged or dispatched

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged.

If you also want to cancel an existing order, contact us promptly. If it has already been dispatched, returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Pausing or changing deliveries

To request a pause, skip a delivery or change your delivery frequency, email us before your next scheduled payment. We will confirm the available options and any changes made.

Existing subscriber offers

Existing subscribers retain their agreed subscription pricing and benefits. Changes to our general multi-buy offers do not change an existing subscriber’s agreed deal.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
