All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $89 AUD.
Orders under $89 AUD incur a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout. Express shipping options are also available.

Orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The product must be returned in its original condition

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
