OG CREAM:

Massage a small amount into the affected area 2–4 times daily or as required.

Apply using circular motions until fully absorbed.

For best results, apply after a warm shower when the skin is warm.

HOT CREAM:

Apply a generous amount to the affected area and massage in.

Use before or after physical activity to support mobility and recovery.

Wash hands after use.

For enhanced results, use alongside the OG Cream and apply after a hot shower.

COLD CREAM:

Apply a small amount to the temples, forehead, under the nose, chest or throat as needed.

Wash hands after application.

Shake gently before use.

Apply 2–3 drops under the tongue, wait 1 minute, then swallow.
