Apply a generous amount of hot cream directly on affected area of the body for 6 - 12 hours of relief. Wash hands after applying to the skin.

If using for physical training purposes, apply a generous amount of hot cream on sore muscles before and after your activity for maximum joint mobility, flexibility and post-workout muscle recovery.

For best results, use alongside the OG Cream and apply after a hot shower, when the skin is warm and pores are open.
